1. What is CompanyCam integration in Markate?

This integration allows you to sync your CompanyCam photos directly with your Markate account. It helps you keep visual proof of work organized alongside your estimates, invoices, and work orders. 



2. How much does the paid plan cost?

The paid plan for CompanyCam costs $10.00 per month.



3. How do I enable CompanyCam integration?

  • Log into your Markate account on desktop.

  • Go to More → Connectors → Enable CompanyCam.

  • Choose to connect an existing CompanyCam account or create a new Pro or Premium account.

  • Once connected, you can manage CompanyCam via Connectors → Manage CompanyCam to view the number of documents with attached photos.



4. How do I add photos from CompanyCam on Desktop?

  • Log in to Markate account

  • View an estimate, work order or invoice.

  • Scroll down to “Attach CompanyCam Photos”.

  • Select an existing project from CompanyCam to view and attach saved images.

  • To manage photos, click “Manage Photos” (add/delete) or “View in CompanyCam” (open project in CompanyCam).

  • Alternatively, create a new project in CompanyCam, add photos, then return to Markate and attach them.



5. How do I add photos from CompanyCam on the Mobile App?

  • Ensure the CompanyCam app is installed and you’re signed in.

  • Open an estimate, work order, or invoice in the Markate app.

  • Scroll to the bottom and tap “Attach CompanyCam Photos”.

  • Search for a project name and add photos.

  • To create a new project, tap the plus button, enter details, save, and add photos in CompanyCam. Then return to Markate App and attach them.



6. Is the integration available on both desktop and app?

  • Yes, you can attach photos from CompanyCam on both desktop and mobile app.

  • Initial setup (enabling the connector) must be done on desktop.



7. Where can I attach CompanyCam photos?

Estimates, Work Orders, Invoices



8. Can I manage photos after attaching them?

  • Yes, on desktop, use “Manage Photos” to add or delete images.

  • You can also open the project in CompanyCam to add more photos directly.



9. What does the "Resource" table show?

The Resource table provides a clear snapshot of your integration activity, specifically showing the total number of Estimates, Invoices, and Work Orders that currently have CompanyCam photos attached or synced to them within the Markate platform.
