Kate- AI Receptionist: Step 3 - Track Leads and Call Logs

When a customer calls your Virtual Number, Kate, our AI Receptionist, collects their information and creates a new lead. As a PRO, you can:

  • Track leads easily.

  • Listen to call recordings.

  • Read call transcripts.

  • Check call logs.



How to track leads

  • Click 'Leads
  • New Leads are created under Assigned as shown in the image below.



  • Click on the Lead
  • Lead page opens up where you can view all the details gathered by AI Receptionist along with the Additional Information, Services and Call Details.
  • Click 'Call Details' - You can read call transcript and listen to the call recording.




How to check Call Logs on AI Receptionist Add-on:

  • On the AI Receptionist page,
  • Go to Call Logs tab
  • Here, you can see the list of calls with all the details. 
  • Click Lead's name to go to the particular lead's view page.
  • Click Manage to view or Block Number directly from Call Logs.
  • Click 'View' to open Call Details pop up to listen to the call recording along with the call transcript.
