When a customer calls your Virtual Number, Kate, our AI Receptionist, collects their information and creates a new lead. As a PRO, you can:
Track leads easily.
Listen to call recordings.
Read call transcripts.
Check call logs.
How to track leads
- Click 'Leads'
- New Leads are created under Assigned as shown in the image below.
- Click on the Lead
- Lead page opens up where you can view all the details gathered by AI Receptionist along with the Additional Information, Services and Call Details.
- Click 'Call Details' - You can read call transcript and listen to the call recording.
How to check Call Logs on AI Receptionist Add-on:
- On the AI Receptionist page,
- Go to Call Logs tab.
- Here, you can see the list of calls with all the details.
- Click Lead's name to go to the particular lead's view page.
- Click Manage to view or Block Number directly from Call Logs.
- Click 'View' to open Call Details pop up to listen to the call recording along with the call transcript.
