3. Does a spam call deduct from the call cost? 

Spam calls are efficiently identified and handled by Kate. A spam call is cut off within 30 seconds, it will not be charged—ensuring you're not billed for irrelevant interactions. 



4. What happens in the case of short calls? 

Calls lasting less than 30 seconds are not counted and not deducted from your call count.



5. How does Kate AI work with my virtual business number?

Kate AI handles all calls on your virtual business number, helping to answer questions, book consultations, and capture leads seamlessly.



6. What happens when multiple customers call at the same time?

Kate, AI Receptionist can handle multiple calls simultaneously, ensuring there’s no waiting time for your callers, ensuring no lead is missed.



7. What happens when a caller wants to speak directly with the owner?

If a caller requests to speak with the owner, Kate will respond politely and ask them to leave a message, which will then be promptly notified to the owner or the team.



8. Does Kate notify PROs about lead generation?

9. Can I read call transcripts?

To add a virtual or business number, visit the Markate Add-ons Page, enable the Virtual Number Add-on, and refer to the setup guide:

You can also bring your own virtual number by enabling the "Bring Your Own VN" Add-on, which requires a Twilio.com account and Twilio Virtual Number.
