How to track calls on website?
Login to your Markate account on the website.
- Click Leads
- Click Pipeline view (Note: you don't need to click Pipeline if its already set by default in Settings)
- Go to "Type" filter and select AI Receptionist.
- You will see all the leads generated by AI Receptionist.
- Click the lead for which you want to track call records.
- Lead view page shows up.
- On the right side, under "Additional Information", you can see the summary of call.
- Also, click "Call Details" to check Call Recording and Call Transcript.
- Here, click "Play" icon to listen to Call Recording and read below the Call Transcript.
How to track calls on the App?
Login to your Markate account on the App.
- Tap Leads
- It navigates to the Manage Leads screen where you can view all the leads including the ones created by AI Receptionist.
- Tap the Lead created by AI Receptionist for which you want to check the Call Recording and the transcript.

- Here, you can preview Lead details. Tap the arrow next to "Additional Info".
- It opens up the Call Summary by AI Receptionist.
- Tap "Call Details" in that section.
- It navigates to the "Call Details" screen where tapping the "Play" icon lets you listen to the Recording and also lets you read through the Call Transcript below that.
