Kate - AI Receptionist: Step 1 - Enable the Add-on

"Kate, our AI Receptionist powered by Markate, helps you capture leads, book jobs, and grow your business effortlessly. Available 24/7, Kate makes handling customer calls easy and reliable.

Steps to Enable AI Receptionist Add-on:

Login to your Markate account.

• Hover over More > Click Add-ons

• On Add-ons page, look for AI Receptionist
• Toggle it ON to enable this Add-on

• Once you toggle it ON to enable, 'Enable AI Receptionist' pop up shows up.
• Next, pick a Quantity from the 'Qty' dropdown. This Quantity is a 'Number of Calls' per month.
• Choose as per your business requirement.
• Click 'Purchase Add-on'

• Once the purchase is made successfully, click 'Manage' on the next pop-up to go ahead with the 'AI receptionist' setup.

• You will be redirected to AI Receptionist - Dashboard tab. 

You require a Virtual Number for your Business to receive calls.

If you have already enabled Virtual Number Add-On, that Virtual Number will show up here automatically.

• To get a Virtual Number, click 'Enable Virtual Number Add-on'.
  

• Go to the 'Virtual Number' Add-on.
• Toggle it ON to enable it.

• After the activation of 'Virtual Number' Add-on, you can setup a Virtual Number for your Business as shown in the image below.

• Once the Virtual Number has been enabled, it shows as 'Active'.
