How to Forward calls from Google Voice to Kate - AI Receptionist

 Step 1 - Enable the Google voice call forwarding in Kate-AI settings 

Step 2 -  In Google voice,  go to Settings.

• Under Linked Number, click "New Linked Number".
• Input Kate AI Receptionist number to link.
• Make sure to "Verify by phone"

Step 3 -  Google voice will call Kate-AI and leave the code which you can find it in  Kate-AI Call logs, Click to view the Call transcript

Step 4 -  Open the call transcript to view the Google code, and enter the 6-digit code in Google voice to link the number and click VERIFY.

Step 5 -  Click FINISH. Once the number is linked, you will see the linked Kate-AI number in the linked section of Google Voice app.

Step 6 - Next,

• Navigate to Calls menu from Settings
• Under "Show my Google Voice number as Caller ID when forwarding calls", make sure it is toggled OFF, to ensure your Google number does not show on every forwarded call.

Now, anyone who calls your Google Voice number will be forwarded to Kate- AI Receptionist instead!
