Share a Job with Subcontractor

Here's a step by step guide to setup "Share A Job":


Step 1: Login to your Markate account.

Step 2: Hover over More > Click 'Share A Job' from the More menu.



Step 3: On 'Share A Job' screen, click 'Share a New Job' button on top right.


Step 4: It will redirect you to the 'New share job' form where you simply need to fill in all the required details about the job. 


For Example: Job Name, Job Description, Customer, Job Location, Priority of the job and Instructions or notes regarding job.


You can also attach job related up to 5 files (images/documents).


Step 5: Click 'Save as Draft' to come to it later or click 'Preview and Share' to share the job immediately.
 


Step 6: On the Job Preview screen, click 'Share Job'. 


Step 7: On 'Share Job' screen, you can enter Commission either Fixed or Percentage.

Also, select certain contact(s) with whom you want to share the job. 

You can also select the Contact group with whom you want to share the job.


Step 8: Click 'Share'


Step 9: You will get a message on the next screen that your job has been successfully sent to the contacts.



TIP:

You can create Contact or Contact Groups from these tabs as shown in the image below:
