Markate + NiceJob Integration

Let's learn how to Connect NiceJob and Automate Review Invites in Markate. (feature available only on desktop).

Step 1: Log in to your Markate account

Step 2: From the dashboard, click on More in the menu. Select Connectors from the dropdown.

Step 3: On the Connectors page, find NiceJob > Toggle the NiceJob switch to ON.

Step 4: Once Enabled, a pop-up will appear. Click on Manage to configure the integration.

Step 5: You will be prompted to connect to your NiceJob account. Enter your NiceJob credentials and connect your account.

Step 6: In the Notify When section, choose when review invites should be sent:

Invoice is marked as paid → Sends review invite after payment.
Work order is marked as completed → Sends review invite after job completion.
Customers will be exported to NiceJob automatically when the selected event occurs.

Step 7: To export existing customers manually, Click Export to NiceJob.

Note: Any new customers added in Markate will be exported automatically.

Step 8: Click Export Log to- View export history.
