Work Orders - Job Bird's Eye View

Bird's Eye View is an interactive Google map that displays your work orders at a glance.

For Bird's Eye View to work, Employees must have track location turned on. You can set this up for your employees in More > Employees. View their profile and go to App Permissions.

 

 

Make sure that they have “Allow employee to turn off location tracking” Unchecked.

 
  
 
Also, it helps to go into the Location Settings on their device location and allow Location accuracy.

 Now when employees are using the Arrival, Start, or Completed buttons, it will drip a pin on their location to view in Bird’s Eye View.
