Jobs Pipeline Features and Settings

*** The Jobs Pipeline has many features that make working with your Work Orders easier. ***


First Go to the menu and choose Sales > Work Orders


Choose the Pipeline View


Now you will see a new View for your Work Orders that is more space efficient and allows for more options. 


The Jobs Pipeline uses all the same statuses that you are used to interacting within Work Orders. These statuses are all inclusive of your daily workflow and no new statuses are required to continue doing your important day-to-day work.


Default View

To make the Jobs Pipeline your default Work Order View, 


1. Select the "Settings" (gear) icon from the top right menu2. Choose "Work Orders" from the left menu 


3. Set "Pipeline" as your default view



Jobs Pipeline Features and Descriptions

Go to the menu and choose Sales > Work Orders

Choose "Pipeline"


You will see that the Work Order number appears at the top followed by the Estimate number. The last line on the top section is the value of the job.


In the second section of the job, the Customer Name and Contact phone number are listed followed by the Status. The last two fields are the Scheduled Date and the Employee Assigned to the job.


If the Scheduled Date or Employee Assigned are clicked, it will bring up the Schedule window where additional schedule specific information is displayed and additional information on scheduling can be input or modified.



Job Popup menu

A Work Order can be Viewed or Edited easily be choosing the 3 dots (ellipse) icon in the top right hand corner of any job. You can also Archive a Work Order from this menu. 



Changing Status by Drag and Drop

The status of a job can be easily changed by dragging and dropping the job to the new corresponding status column
