Step 2: Once logged in, you can view the Dashboard.
Here is the Dashboard Reports Overview:
Earned This Month
Shows revenue collected in the current month. That means, Total Invoice Paid amount by customers in the current month.
“Tax: $…” is the tax included in that total earned amount.
Jobs Completed (Month-to-Date)
Format: X/Y (Avg: $A).
X = jobs completed this month; Y = total jobs for the month; Avg = average revenue per completed job.
Total Invoice Due
Total of all due/overdue/partially pending invoices amount till date.
Number in parentheses = count of invoices.
Total Estimate Pending
Total amount of estimates awaiting approval.
Number in parentheses = count of pending estimates.
View Settings:
Global Date Filter + Range Display
“This Year” dropdown sets the scope for all below widgets; the exact range is shown (e.g., 01-Jan-2025 to 31-Dec-2025).
Customize
Toggle it ON to drag/drop and adjust the Dashboard view.
Reports:
Estimate Aging
Bar by aging buckets (Current, 1–3, 4–7, 8–15, >30 days).
Helps spot stale estimates that need follow-up.
Jobs Won
Inner total = Total value of all Submitted Estimates i.e. The total for statuses: Accepted + Invoiced + Submitted + Lost
Visual ring shows proportion of won vs other states (Submitted/Accepted/Lost), emphasizing conversion value in terms of percentage.
Leads
Hovering cursor over graph shows sources (Manual Entry, Online Booking, Contact Form, Video Estimate, Customer Portal, Deal Booking, Opportunity, AI Receptionist).
Use it to see which mediums are driving leads over time.
Invoice Aging
Bar by buckets (Current, 1–15, 16–30, 31–45, >45 days).
Helps you quickly see how long invoices have been unpaid and which ones need attention.
Total Sales
Column chart of sum by status: Due, Overdue, Paid, Invoiced.
Hover over status bars to quickly read on cash-flow pipeline.
Upcoming Appointments
Chronological list (date, customer, appointment time).
You can view to plan your employees schedule and confirm visits.
Expenses
Distribution of expenses by category (e.g., Automobile, Fuel, Office Expenses, etc.).
Spot high-spend categories instantly by hovering over the particular category in the chart.
Profit and Loss
Shows Revenue, Expense, Net Profit figures plus a gauge.
Fast profitability snapshot for the selected period.
Job Forecast
Bars for Scheduled and Unscheduled workload from today to 4 weeks from today.
Use to balance Employee capacity and booking push.
Today’s Reports
Today’s Jobs: value and count done today.
