Pipeline Automation Settings

Set up automations for your Pipeline to make sure you don't miss a thing! 

   

Go to Leads > Settings scroll to Automations

You can choose how a lead is treated in the Pipeline after an estimate has been accepted. You can choose what Stage you want an accepted estimate to move into after. 

You can mark it as Open, which will have it remain in the Pipeline. You can Mark it as "Won" which will remove it from the Pipeline and into Table View. 





You can also choose which Stage to move a declined estimate to, 
You can keep it Open, which it will remain on the Pipeline, Lost, or Postponded which will move it out of the Pipeline into Table view. 






Finally you can choose what Stage to move a scheduled lead to. 

Make sure you Save when you are finished.
