1. What is a Voicemail Blast?
A Voicemail Blast lets you send a ringless voicemail message directly to your customers’ phones. It’s a quick way to reach many people with a personalized voice recording.



2. Where do I find the Voicemail Blast feature?
Login to your Markate account → Go to Marketing > Voicemail Blast.



3. How much does a Voicemail Blast cost?
Voicemail Blasts are billed at $0.20 per voicemail plus a $10.00 service fee.



4. On which devices is Voicemail Blast available?
Currently, this feature is available on desktop only.



5. What audio file formats are supported?
You can upload .mp3 or .wav files.



6. Can I record my voicemail directly in Markate?
Yes, you can either record a new voicemail in the system or upload an existing audio file.



7. How do I select customers for a Voicemail Blast?
You can choose:

  • All customers with a phone number

  • A specific customer group

  • Individual customers
    You may also exclude certain groups.



8. Can I schedule a Voicemail Blast for later?
Yes, you can select a date and time to send your voicemail blast, or you can send it immediately.



9. Can I save my campaign as a draft?
Yes, if you’re not ready to launch, you can save your campaign as a Draft and return later.



10. How do I purchase a Voicemail Blast campaign?
At checkout, you can pay using:

  • A credit card

  • A card on file

You will also receive an Order Confirmation and can download the Invoice PDF.



11. Can I edit or cancel a campaign after purchase?

  • Before sending: you can edit, clone, or delete a campaign.

  • After sending: you can view results but cannot edit the message.



12. How do I track the delivery of my voicemail blast?
Go to your campaign’s Voicemail Log to see:

  • Total messages sent

  • Delivered messages

  • Failed attempts



13. What happens if a voicemail fails to deliver?
The failed delivery will show in the Voicemail Log. You can view which customer numbers failed and attempt again later.



14. Can I clone a past campaign?
Yes, use the Clone option to quickly duplicate an existing campaign.



15. How do I manage existing voicemail campaigns?
From the Voicemail Blast dashboard, you can:

  • Switch between Scheduled, Completed, Closed/Deleted, and Draft campaigns

  • Manage (edit, clone, close/delete)

  • View voicemail details

  • Check logs and stats



16. What stats can I see for a campaign?
You’ll be able to see:

  • Total customers selected

  • How many voicemails were successfully delivered

  • How many failed that means undelivered 



17. Can I listen to my voicemail message after sending?
Yes, select View on the campaign, and you can replay the voicemail that was sent.



18. How do I know how much my campaign will cost?
The price is displayed before checkout, based on the number of recipients.



19. Can I view past orders and payments?
Yes, go to Voicemail Blast > Orders and Payments on top right to view your history and download invoices.



20. Is there a way to test my voicemail before sending it to customers?
Yes, you can record or upload the message, then preview it before scheduling or purchasing.



21. Can I exclude certain customers or groups from a blast?
Yes, while selecting recipients, you can choose groups to exclude from the campaign.



22. Will my customers’ phones ring when they receive the voicemail?
No, this is a ringless voicemail – it goes directly to their voicemail inbox.
