  Engage your customer directly and personally by delivering a ringless voicemail message directly to their phone.

Login to your Markate account.

Go to Marketing > Voicemail Blast.

Click +Create Voicemail Campaign

You will be directed to the Create Voicemail Blast page. Under Edit Campaign tab. Enter Campaign Name. Click Continue or Save it as Draft to continue later.

Once you have named the campaign, you will select which customers will receive this. 

All customers with an email, a specific customer group that you have set up, or only specific customers that you will need to select individually. 

If you do have customer groups set up, you can also choose which groups to exclude and Continue. 

Next screen will  navigate to Build Voicemail where you can either record your voice message and save it or upload an audio file if you have it already recorded. Click Continue when you have finished uploading or recording.

Note: Once you record your voice message, it would ask you to save it as shown in below screenshot. The files allowed are .wav or .mp3

The next screen to the Preview tab where select Schedule Campaign date and time if you want to schedule it later. Click Continue.

It navigates to Purchase tab. You can enter Credit Card details or choose Card on File and click Purchase.

You get the Order Confirmation for your Voicemail Blast Campaign order. You can also download Invoice PDF for the same.

Click Continue to Campaign

Next screen will navigates to Preview Voicemail Campaign page. Here, you can perform below activities:

You can preview the campaign to see what was sent, delivered and failed

Or View the Voicemail Log and see the delivery status of the voicemail blast.
