Promotional Blast is a marketing feature that lets you create and send exciting deals or promotions to your customers. You can share them through email blasts, text, or by posting the promotion URL on social media or your website.
2. How do I access this feature?
Login to www.Markate.com
Go to Marketing > Promotional Blast Marketing
3. Can I schedule promotions in advance?
Yes, you can either schedule deals to run on specific dates or send them out immediately.
4. What information do I need to create a promotion?
You’ll need to enter details about your deal (title, description, terms, etc.) and can also upload photos to represent your promotion.
5. Can I include images in my promotion?
Yes, you can upload photos to make your promotion more appealing before sending it to customers.
6. How do I choose who receives my promotion?
After creating your deal, you can select the customers you want to send it to.
You can choose to send your promotion to:
All customers with an email address
A specific customer group
Individual customers
You may also exclude certain groups (such as Active, Passive, or New customers) before sending.
7. How will my customers receive the promotion?
Customers will receive it via email blast. Additionally, you can share the promotion URL through text, Facebook, your website, and more.
8. What happens when customers respond to my deal?
When customers fill out their information from your promotion, their details will automatically be listed in Markate under Inquiries, making it easy to track and follow up.
9. How long is my deal valid?
Each deal is valid for 1 month from the selected start date.
10. Do I need to purchase each promotion?
Yes, after creating your promotion, you’ll need to purchase it before it goes live.
11. How much does it cost to run a Promotional Blast deal?
It costs a flat fee of $10.00 to list your deal for 1 month.
12. Can I preview my promotion before sending it out?
Yes, you’ll see a preview screen to confirm all details before finalizing and sending.
13. Can I choose when my deal starts and ends?
Yes. You can set your own Valid From and Valid To dates before confirming your deal.
14. When will my customers receive the deal?
Your customers will receive the deal by email immediately after you confirm it.
15. Is this feature available on mobile?
No, this feature is currently available only on desktop.
