With just one click, you can:
Reset your chat view counter
Mark all messages as viewed
It’s a simple and effective way to keep your chat space tidy, organized, and stress-free.
Let's see how to do this:
Login to your Markate account.
Step 1: Click Chat icon on top right.
Step 2: On Messages screen > Customers tab, click 3 dots next to Search, "Mark all as read" button appears, click it.
Step 3: A "Mark All as Read" pop up shows up. Click "Mark All as Read" button.
All the messages on Customers tab will be marked as Read and the chat view counter will be reset to zero.
You can do the same on the Team tab and Support tab.
