Viewing the Customer Profile on Desktop

View or edit all of your Customer's information in their profile, as well as send messages, view what was send and more! 

To view a customer go to Sales > Customers > Manage > View. 


1. You are taken to the Main customer page. This area shows what page of information you are currently looking at. You can click the bolded text to switch and view those other pages of information.  

2. This area allows you to create new from this screen. The More button has additional items you can create from this page. 

3. This shows all the customer information you entered when creating, including their contact preferences, additional contacts and Service Addresses.  If you have "Virtual Number" enabled, you can also initiate a direct chat by pressing the green "Chat" text.


4. This shows the total that you have invoiced the Customer, what is Pending and Paid.  



Under the Invoices Summary,  you can see all the items you have created for the customer. You are able to "View All" or you can choose to create new from that screen. 


You can see Work Orders, Schedule and Invoices.





You can also see Estimates, Expenses that are linked to that customer, and Credit Notes.

If you have done a Promotional Deal (by creating in Marketing) you can view under Deal Bookings. 

Also, if you have Ask for Review feature enabled, you can see when the last Ask for Review was sent or choose to send one Manually.
