Managing customers on the Markate app is a straightforward process that allows you to effectively organize and maintain your customer base.
Adding New Customers on App
Navigate to the "Customers" tab and press to open.
Tap the "+" Button in the bottom left corner and enter your customer’s details including name, contact details, address, and any relevant notes.
Assign appropriate Customer Groups or Sources to the customer to easily categorize and filter them for future reference.
Once all the details are entered, tap the "Save" button to create the new customer profile.
Editing Existing Customer Profiles:
Click to open the customer profile you want to edit using the search bar or browse through the customer list.
Tap on the customer's name or profile icon to open their profile details.
Press the pen and paper icon in the upper right corner to open and edit any necessary information, such as contact details, address, or notes.
Make sure to press the checkmark in the upper right corner to save.
