Customer Portal User's Experience

Once a Pro sends an Email Invite to their customers to access Customer Portal, customers receive an email which includes the link to install Customer Portal. 

 

Clicking the link navigates to the Welcome page where customer can either click Dashboard directly or click on Install App to access the portal with a single click every time.

Clicking on Install App opens Install app pop-up. Click Install.

The app will be installed and the app icon appears on Mobile device.

Note for iPhone users: When a customer clicks “Install”, it will navigate to “Add to Home Screen”. Tap “Add to home screen”.

Click on app icon. It opens the Dashboard of Customer Portal app. 
There, your customer can perform various operations like:

  • View Appointments
  •  View and Accept Estimates
  • View and Pay Invoices
  • Book Deals
  • Request Service
  • View Files Vault
  • Call or chat with PRO and so on…
