Review Default Business Settings

We will ask your basic information such as notification preferences and settings and review your account to make sure it is ready to go! This is a one-time set up. After setup any editing and maintenance is the responsibility of the owner.  


Below is a complete list of information that is needed to have on hand 24 hours BEFORE the scheduled call:  


  • Email Settings: Name Displayed, Business Logo 125px min, 250px max, Email footer text, Employee email Carbon Copy

  • Notifications: Owner preferred email or SMS, Partner notifications, Residential Customer notifications, Commercial notifications, Appointment Confirmation, Reminder notifications, Business reminder notifications, Task reminder, Notify when employees arrive on WO, Notify Tenant from service address when scheduled.

      
  • Files Vault: Any documents for Terms & Conditions for Estimates, WO or Invoices

      
  • Tax Rates:  List all Tax rates with Name

      
  • Customers:  Name format

      
  • Schedule:  Calendar Time zone, Calendar default view, Day of the week it starts on, Calendar start and end time for work day, Information shown on calendar.


      
  • Estimates:  Notifications, Residential and Commerical terms and conditions, visible information on estimate, options estimate display, capture e-signature, auto convert estimates to WOs, allow deposit to be paid later.

      
  • Invoices:  Notifications, Residential and Commercial terms and conditions, Due terms, online payment fees, accept partial payments for invoices, attach pdf to invoice, Name to make check payable too, accepted payment methods, visible information on invoice, Allow tips, Recurring Invoice setup, overdue fees.

      
  • Work Orders:  Hide business email, Phone # showing on WO.

      
  • Credit Notes: Residential and Commerical settings.
