            Customize Default Email & SMS Templates

            To customize default Email & SMS templates: (Optional)

            Click on Settings  >  Email / SMS Templates)

            Here, two tabs are there- Email templates and SMS templates.

            Click “Edit” to customize template as per your business requirements and save changes.
