The Arrival Window settings are customizable to fit in to how your business runs as relates to your scheduling and arrival times.
To turn on the Arrival Window feature, set a default Arrival Window Interval in Settings > Schedule.
*If the default Arrival Window Interval is set to "None", the Arrival Window feature will be turned off.
Examples of effective Arrival Window Calculations are provided below each setting below.
Set the default Arrival Window Calculation to how you schedule your Work Orders and Events. Notifications are sent to the Customer based on the start time of the Event or Work Order and the selected Arrival Window Interval setting from above. Choose the setting which matches best your timing.
