Win more estimates with the Proposal Kit. This allows you to put your best foot forward and give information about your company and services before they view the estimate and accept.

To enable Proposal Kit,

• Login to your Markate account.

• Hover over More

• Click Add-ons

• On Add-ons page, go to Proposal Kit section
• Toggle it ON to enable this Add-on

• For the first time, you will see the Enable Proposal Kit pop up.
• Click Enable

• Once, the Proposal Kit Add-on is successfully enabled
• Click Manage to go to Proposal Kit

• You can also go to Proposal Kit by clicking Proposal Kit under Add-ons on left panel

• Now, click +Create Template

• It navigates to Create Proposal Template
• Enter Template Name 
• Select one of the relevant pre-built Template Layout
• Click Continue

• Template for selected Layout will show up.
• You can find different sections of Layout on the left side and on the right, there are customization options.
• Using these options, you can customize your proposal template.

• Here is how you can add Before and After photos in the template and much more.
• On top right, Click Preview to see how the template will be visible to your customers.
• Click Save once done and then click Close to go to Proposal Kit page.

• On Proposal Kit page, click Manage and then click Clone to duplicate your template.

• Now that the Proposal template is ready. 
• Go to Estimates > Add a new Estimate (Standard/Options/Packages)
• Scroll to the Proposal Kit Template section on Submit Estimate page
• Select the Proposal Template from the dropdown you would like to send to the Customer 

• Under Proposal Kit, Click Customer View to see how the Proposal will be viewed by the Customer. 
• Submit the Estimate
