To comply with 10DLC SMS regulations, businesses must obtain user consent by clearly explaining the purpose of the messages, who is sending them, any costs involved, and their privacy policy.

- On the Contact Form tab, click Radio Button option.
- Next, 'Add Custom Field' pop up shows up where,
- Field Type is automatically selected as 'Radio'
- Field Name or Question - Here, you can type the 10DLC SMS Consent message for your customers.
- In this text field, you can type a text up to 350 characters.
We provide you the Sample Message which you can tailor it according to your business' details: Do you Agree to receive text messages from <Business Name>? Message frequency varies and may include reminders, order confirmations, etc. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to end or unsubscribe. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support at <Business Contact Number> NOTE: You just need to replace <Business Name> with your Business Name and <Business Contact Number> with your Business Contact Number.
- Go to Options section and add- YES and NO.
- In Help text field, you can type something which helps customers to understand the instructions better. For Example: " Click 'YES' to opt-in to receive SMS messages"
- Click Add Field button.
- As shown below, you can see the 10DLC SMS consent message under Customize Form Fields.
- Mark Visible and Required checkboxes to make it visible to customers and a mandatory field.
- Scroll down to 'Accept Terms' section.
- Type the text in 'Terms and Conditions content'.
Sample 'Terms and Conditions content': <Business Name> does not use SMS messaging for marketing purposes. Messages will be sent as needed between client and technician to schedule appointments, typically not more than once per request or appointment. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to <Business Contact Number>. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at <Business Email> or by calling <Business Contact Number> NOTE: You just need to replace <Business Name> with your Business Name and <Business Contact Number> with your Business Contact Number.
- Mark Enable Accept Terms checkbox to make it visible and mandatory on the Lead Contact Form.
- Click 'Save Contact Form' to save all the form setup.
- On the right side, you can preview how it would look to the customers.
- This is how the Actual Lead Contact Form would look like, where the customers would fill the form and can select any one option (YES/NO) on 10 DLC SMS Consent message.
- Clicking on Terms and Conditions would show the Terms and Conditions pop up.
- Customers can agree to the Terms by marking 'Accept Terms' checkbox on the form before sending it.
