How to switch from Virtual Number to BYVN

This allows you to bring your existing Virtual Number from the Markate Add-Ons, and use a Twilio account instead for you to send messages, forward calls, SMS chats and call customers with a click from your browser.

***Note: You can ONLY use Twilio for this feature. 
You will be responsible for the 10DLC compliance and campaign registration, or else SMS-es will be filtered.
 

First you need to create a Twillio acount at Twilio.com


Next, you will need to contact Twilio Support, and let them know that your current number from the Virtual Number, needs to be released from Markate.com and provide the requested information to them.

Once they have done that, please reach out to support@markate.com to have Markate provide the SID.

Now you can go back into Virtual Number and disable, and enable BYVN and set up.
