ACH payments take up to 3-5 business days to process, till then the Payment status will show "in-progress"
Once the Square receives Payment, status will get updated automatically to "Payment Recieved"
To view ACH payment Log, Go to Settings > Online Payments > Square > ACH Payment Log
Payment can be tracked from the "Payments Received" Report as well, by filtering Payment type
