Recurring Invoices

  • Payments are processed at 12:00 PM on the invoice due date
  • Example:
    • Invoice generated on the 5th monthly → payment runs 12:00 PM on the 5th

Tracking Payments

  • View all auto-payment activity under:
    Invoice Preview→ Payments Received

Failed Payments

  • If a payment fails:
    • You’ll receive an email notification
    • Follow up with the customer as needed

Security & Payment Limits

To ensure safe processing:

  • Only 1 auto-payment attempt per invoice per day
