How to set up Online Payments

 Allow your customers to have a fast and easy way to pay online with a debit or credit card from their home, or when you are at their house.
 

 
 Go to Settings icon on top right > Online Payments. You can see different types of payment methods– PayPal, Square, Stripe, and Authorize.net.

Setup and configure the Payment Method(s).

Let’s take an example of Square. Click Setup. It will navigate to Square page. (other Processors works same way)

Click Connect to Square. It will direct you to the Square login page where you can input your Square credentials to connect.

Once connected you can see Square Payment status and can disable or make inactive anytime.

You can also toggle it to "OFF" to make it inactive.

You are all set to accept payment through Square. Similarly, you can setup and configure other payment methods like PayPal and Authorize.net.

To finish setting up, go to Invoice Settings.
Make sure you have "Credit Cards" as an accepted payment method and   "I Accept Mobile Payments" and save.
