Send messages, forward calls, SMS chats and call customers with a click from your browser using a Twilio account.  You can activate either Virtual Number or bring your existing Twilio Number using the instructions below.  You cannot have both Virtual Number and BYVN enabled at the same time. 

***Note: You can ONLY use Twilio for this feature. Pro will be responsible for the 10DLC compliance and campaign registration, or else SMS-es will be filtered.
 

To begin to go to More > Add-On's > BYVN

It will ask you for information from your Twilio Account; you will need to log in to your account to get this information: 

Twilio API Account SID and API Auth Token

Then enter it into Markate and Continue.



On the next screen, you will select your phone number from the drop-down menu and Save to continue, and be connected. The SMS are automatically enabled. 

You can now set up Call Forwarding by clicking Enable and choosing the number you would like forward to and Click to Call by following the prompts to Continue. You can also view the different logs at the top of this screen as well.
