Drip postcard marketing campaigns / postcard automations allow you to slowly roll out various messages for specific types of groups or customers based on specific actions they have taken on your website or purchases they have made in the past.

By customizing drip postcards in a campaign, it is much easier to relay the right message and calls to action to individual groups of users regularly.

example: A "Thank you" postcard or service reminders after an invoice has been paid.

To begin to go Marketing > Postcard Automations.

To create new, press Add Postcard Automation.

Next you will select the “Event” that you want this automation to be sent, and choose the Send time frame after the event that will sent the message. E.g. Seven Days after and name the automation for your reference.

Choose which customers you would like to receive this, and you can choose to exclude a customer group you have created or include specific customer groups to target.

Then you will enter the return address for the postcards, and press continue to the next screen to build your postcard.

Create the front and back of the postcard, or choose "download template" to download the blank template to create in a photo editor program of your choice. When you are done you can press the blue "Upload Image".

When you are previewing the Front of the postcard, make sure that any information you want is within the red bleed lines, and on the Back of the postcard that any information is kept OUT of the address box and press continue.

On the final screen, you will agree to the payments and activate that automation!

On the main page for Postcard Automations, you can view all existing automations. You can view the log to see what was set, pending or cancelled. You can make them active or inactive, and then also manage/ edit the automation.

Here is a video showing how to do this.
