Stay productive anywhere, even without internet access. 

Offline Sync saves your schedule directly to your device, allowing you to view work orders, events, tasks, and attachments in areas with limited or no service. This feature is ideal for travelers, field workers, and technicians who need reliable access to their schedule while on the go. 
 

Option 1: Enable Automatic Schedule Sync

Step 1: Launch the app and open the left slider. 

Step 2: Tap Settings.

Step 3: Tap Schedule

Step 4: On Schedule Settings screen, toggle - Auto Save current schedule to view when opening app

Step 5: Tap the checkmark in the upper-right corner to save your settings.

Step 6: If you later open the app in an area without internet service, you will still be able to:

• View your schedule for the day
• Open work orders, events, and tasks
• Access saved details and attachments

Important Note for Field Technicians

This automatic sync option is not available for field technicians because they do not have access to Schedule Settings.

Field technicians can instead use the manual download method below.

Option 2: Manually Download Your Schedule

Available for all users, including field technicians.

Step 1: Launch the app and go to Schedule. 

Step 2: Check if there are schedules for current day, press the download button in the upper right corner. 

Step 3: On the 'Download today's schedule' pop up, click Ok.

Step 4: Wait for Download Confirmation.

Step 5: Access Your Schedule Offline: After the download completes, your daily schedule will remain available even without internet access.

You will be able to:

• View your scheduled items
• Open and review task details
• Access saved work order information while offline
