Offline Schedule Sync on App

Work anywhere, anytime: No internet connection? No problem. Access and manage your schedule even in remote areas with spotty or no coverage. This is crucial for travelers, field workers, or anyone who needs to stay on top of their schedule without relying on a constant internet connection.
With Offline Sync, even in remote areas with spotty or no internet coverage you can still view your schedule for the day and Access your work orders, events, and tasks with all of their information and attachments even in remote areas with spotty or no internet coverage.

To turn on Automatic Sync feature, open the app and go to Schedule
Press the Settings button in the upper right corner, and scroll down.

You will see Auto Save current Schedule to view when opening app. Check that box to enable, and press the checkmark in the upper right corner to save.

Now if you close out of the app and open it again in an area without internet service, you will still be able to see all of the items on your schedule.

***Note: This option is not available to field techs, as they don’t have schedule settings.

Here is a second option that field techs can also use.

Go into Schedule and press the download button in the upper right corner.

Once you press ok, you will see the screen flash red to indicate the download.

Now if you enter an area without internet and open the app, you will be able to see your schedule for the day, and you can click to open and view the details.
