How to add an opportunity to the pipeline

Use the Lead Pipeline to add new opportunities and track their progress from beginning to end. 



What is an opportunity? 

In Markate, an opportunity is a lead that is generated from an existing customer. 


To add an opportunity:


Option 1: Click the "New Opportunity" button from the Leads Pipeline



Option 2: Go to Sales > Customers and Select and View a customer.
Press More > Add Lead Opportunity


 
Once you have added a “Lead Opportunity” you can view by going to “Leads” and it will be listed as Opportunity. You can filter by type “Opportunity” to view only those Leads.
