Let's prepare data (Customers, Invoices, Expenses and Estimates) to import from QuickBooks to Markate successfully.
1. Import Customers
When you sync a new customer from QuickBooks Online (QBO) to Markate, the customer profile will be created in Markate, establishing a linkage for all future invoices.
- For syncing Customer successfully, go to your your QBO account and then open New Customer page.
- Here's how you can enter the Customer's info in QBO so that it syncs to Markate successfully.
- Once Import Customers syncing happens, this is how Sync Log will show that the Customer linkage has been created to your Markate account successfully.
- Now, check in your Markate account in Customers list.
- You will find the newly created customer imported from your QBO account.
2. Import Invoices
- For syncing Invoice successfully, go to your QBO account and then open Create Invoice page.
- Here's how you can enter the Invoice details in QBO so that it syncs to Markate successfully.
- Once Import Invoice syncing happens, this is how Sync Log will show that the Invoice has been synced to your Markate account successfully.
- Now, check in your Markate account in Invoices list or where Invoices are attached to the Particular Customer for whom Invoice has been created.
- You will find the Invoice attached to the particular customer as well as under the Invoices list.

3. Import Expenses
- For syncing Expense successfully, go to your QBO account.
- First, create a New Vendor to add it to the New Expense.
- This is how you fill data for New Vendor.

- Once a Vendor is created, go to New Expense as shown in the below image.
- Here's how you can enter the Expense details in QBO so that it syncs to Markate successfully.
- Once Import Expense syncing happens, this is how Sync Log will show that the Expense has been synced to your Markate account successfully.

- Now, check in your Markate account in Expenses list.
4. Import Estimates
- For syncing Estimates successfully, go to your QBO account and then open Create Estimate page.
- Here's how you can enter the Estimate details in QBO so that it syncs to Markate successfully.
- Once Import Estimate syncing happens, this is how Sync Log will show that the Estimate has been synced to your Markate account successfully.
- Now, check in your Markate account in Estimates list or where Estimates are attached to the Particular Customer for whom Estimate has been created.
- You will find the Estimate attached to the particular customer as well as under the Estimates list.
